FAQ
Ticket & Entry Policy
All tickets are digital and must be presented at the entrance for admission.
Each ticket grants access only for the selected festival days. Please review your ticket type carefully before arrival.
Upon entry, a refundable deposit is required.
- 2-Day Pass holders entering on Day 1 must leave a NT$2,000 deposit.
- 1-Day Pass holders must leave a NT$3,000 deposit.
Deposits will be refunded once leaving the venue the next day at 10:00.
Deposits will not be refunded if the deadline is missed.
Re-entry is permitted only with a valid festival wristband.
Tickets and wristbands are strictly non-replaceable and non-refundable if lost, damaged, or rendered unidentifiable.
Children under the age of 16 may enter free of charge.
Festival entry may be denied to anyone who does not comply with event rules or safety regulations.
Camping & Glamping
Mirage is a nature-immersive festival.
Camping and glamping options are available for guests who wish to stay on site.
Check-in details will be provided prior to the event.
Glamping packages include selected accommodation setups and shared facilities.
Guests are encouraged to bring personal essentials suitable for outdoor living.
Quiet hours may apply in designated camping zones.
Security & Safety
All guests are subject to security screening prior to entry.
Please allow sufficient time for inspection procedures.
Weapons, dangerous objects, fireworks, illegal substances and any offensive items are strictly prohibited.
Mirage operates a zero-tolerance policy toward drugs in coordination with local authorities.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any non-compliant individual without refund.
Illegal behavior will be reported and may result in legal action or claims for damages.
Foods & Drinks
A curated selection of food vendors and beverage bars will be available throughout the festival grounds.
Alcoholic beverages are available on site for guests aged 18 and above.
Valid photo identification may be required for purchase.
Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
For safety and operational reasons, outside food and drinks may be restricted.
Free water refill stations will be provided.
Guests are encouraged to stay hydrated during the event.
Individuals who are visibly intoxicated or unable to maintain safe conduct may be removed from the venue.
Guests who cause damage, excessive
mess, or unsafe situations may be held liable for compensation.
If you have severe food allergies or special dietary concerns, please inform festival staff when necessary.
Health & Responsibility
Guests are encouraged to maintain personal health awareness.
If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, respiratory illness, or general discomfort, please refrain from attending the festival.
Mirage is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
By attending Mirage Festival, guests acknowledge participation in an outdoor event setting and accept the inherent environmental conditions.
Guests are responsible for their own wellbeing, including proper hydration, rest, and personal safety.
We encourage everyone to look after one another and to seek support from festival staff whenever necessary.
Photography & Media
Professional photography and filming will take place throughout the festival.By entering the venue, guests consent to the use of their image and likeness for future promotional and marketing purposes.
Event Changes
In cases of force majeure — including extreme weather, public health concerns, or unforeseen circumstances —the organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event.
Final decisions regarding event content, programming, and operations remain at the organizer’s discretion.
Transportation & Access
1.Shuttle Bus Service
Official Mirage shuttle buses are available from Taipei and Taichung.
Advance booking is required.
Round-trip shuttle schedules has been announced to the event.
Seats are limited and subject to availability.
2. Self-Driving & Parking
Driving is the most convenient way to reach the festival site.Navigation destination: Nature Circle Farm (自然圈農場)
Estimated travel time:
• About 40 minutes from Taichung city center
• About 2–2.5 hours from Taipei
Parking passes will be required and should be purchased in advance.
3. Public Transportation
Guests may also travel by train or high-speed rail and continue by taxi or private transfer.
Recommended stations:
• Houli Railway Station (closest)
• Miaoli HSR Station
• Taichung HSR Station
Taxi or private transfer time to the venue is approximately 30–50 minutes depending on traffic.
