Volunteer Deposit Policy

All selected volunteers are required to submit a NT$3,000 deposit.

The full deposit will be returned on-site after all assigned tasks and shifts are completed.

Volunteer Guidelines

(Please read carefully)

• Total work hours: 12 hours, divided into 3 shifts (approximately 4 hours each).

• Volunteers are expected to participate throughout all 3 festival days.

• Please wear a white shirt during your shifts (not necessarily all-white, but it must be clean and presentable).

• Volunteers represent the image of the festival — please be polite, friendly, and respectful when interacting with guests.

• Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited during shifts.Violations may result in dismissal, deposit forfeiture, and possible legal consequences.

• Punctuality is essential. Being more than 20 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a missed shift and your deposit may not be returned.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before each shift.You must sign in and sign out personally — signing in for others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

• Be flexible. Volunteers may be reassigned to different tasks based on real-time needs. Please keep your phone on, charged, and not on silent to stay updated via the LINE group.

• Volunteers who show poor performance or attitude may have their tasks or shifts adjusted at the discretion of the team leads.
